Was a pleasure to do business with. Our salesman Hancock was very helpful. Changed my mind on what I wanted and came back the next day and he helped me pick out something that I like even more will definitely do business with again.

This store had friendly customer service was patient with me, my wife and my child. The delivery service was a life saver with us working nightshift and the delivery was given at a reasonable time and the gentlemen delivering it were friendly and helpful. They also put the items together in a timely manner.

Wow! I do not enjoy shopping so I really wasn’t looking forward to looking for a new sectional but I have to say I am THRILLED with Ashley in Owensboro, especially the sales associate, Hancock. He was great about assuring me on the quality of the sectional I picked out and was knowledgeable about the product. He pointed out to all the parts of the protection plan that I may wind up needing in the future. He made the whole process very easy without a hard sell on anything. I 100% recommend him and the store. Thanks!

We found a couch we loved here after shopping around at several other places. It was a TOTALLY different experience at Ashley. No pushy fake sales people, great prices, beautiful showroom. The man who helped us, J. made us feel so welcome, helped us tons, and was incredible with our 7 year old who was being a typical 7 year old in a furniture showroom. He went above and beyond to get her popcorn and check in on us without making us feel pressured or feeling pushy. We will be going back to Ashley for any more furniture purchases for sure! Couldn’t recommend it or J. more! I hope this company values the wonderful person he is!

I do not recommend buying your furniture from this specific location. They are some of the most unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with. They sent us the wrong set of furniture and it took them forever to get it fixed. Then, they told us multiple dates that the new furniture would be delivered, just for them to say something different the week or day of. This happened three times. Then, was told our synchrony card should be in the mail the next couple of weeks but got an email saying our payment was due this week. Tried calling them to figure out what to do about our missing card and they basically said sorry about your luck and to keep trying to call the bank, which I cannot get ahold of for anything. It has been nothing but trouble with this place. Very upset with the service Update: The store is saying they do not see an order from me. That is because it is under my husbands name. Just wanted to make that clear to everyone so there is no confusion. Posting this here as I was not able to reply to their comment.
