Martin Furniture & Mattress

We had a fantastic experience with purchasing our new sectional couch at Martin Furniture and Mattress! Linda helped us navigate the purchasing process in-store, and she provided a wealth of information and insight to help us in making our decision. All of the staff were very kind and professional! The actual installation process of our couch was also smooth and efficient, thanks to Paul and Ryan! This team installed our couch with diligence and care, and their thoroughness and passion for what they do was evident. We were very thankful for our experience with Martin's, and we can't wait to make use of our couch in the years to come!

We absolutely love Martins Appliance and Furniture! Marlene did a phenomenal job helping my husband and I decide on a new couch. Helped us with the right size for our living room, material, color and pattern for the pillows. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Paul and Ryan delivered the couch to our home and took the old one away. My husband said they did a fantastic job. We are looking forward to purchasing from them again.

I love my new furniture. Amy was absolutely the best furniture sales person I have ever dealt with. She was so patient and extremely knowledgeable of the products. We bought the same day we were there and the furniture was delivered 3 days later. Paul and Rylan delivered and set up our new power reclining sofa and recliner. Not only did Martin’s deliver our new furniture, but they removed our old family room furniture also! Spectacular and greatly appreciated service. Paul and Rylan were so efficient , personable and so conscientious of our home. Not a single scuff or bump to walls or molding. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. I have found my forever furniture store. Thank you Amy, Rylan and Paul!

We returned to Martin Furniture after 21 years because it was finally time to replace our family room furniture. It performed quite well, so why not go back? We had an excellent experience with Marlene as our salesperson. She answered every question, but she didn’t hover which allowed us to explore. When we made our decision, she guided us through the challenging process of the final fabric choices for our furniture and throw pillows. Our delivery was last Friday and Paul and Rylan were very careful with our home. They professionally set up all of our pieces and made sure all was correct before they left. All of these folks were so pleasant to work with making it an all around positive experience!

From the moment we entered the store till our furniture was placed in our home we were treated with pleasant and respectful personal. Sherri at the New Providence store was extremely helpful yet not imposing. She was willing to answer our many questions and provided a very pleasant buying experience. Rylan and Paul delivered our furniture with utmost care. We were very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work with us, going the extra mile in service. We highly recommend Martin Furniture.
