Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Kaiden was our salesman at Bob’s Discount Furniture, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire shopping experience. He made the process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out, and we appreciated how comfortable he made us feel while making our purchase. We would definitely recommend working with Kaiden to anyone shopping for furniture at Bob’s.

Kaiden and AJ were excellent! I went 3 days in a row because I couldn't make up my mind 🤦‍♀️ Kaiden worked with me first and helped me rearrange a sectional to envision how it would look and fit in my new space. AJ helped me and my husband the next day. We were trying out mattresses and he was so knowledgeable for only being there one week! I went the next day to pay for everything in store and they were so gracious. Calvin runs a very well maintained store with staff who are so helpful and kind. Go in and give them your business! So exited for our new sectional, mattress, and wall bedframe!

I have shopped at the Lancaster store several times in the past few years. I always talk to salespeople who are friendly and not pushy. This week I purchased a mattress and my salesman was A.J. He answered all of my questions. He also showed me other types of furniture that I was particularly interested in. He was very attentive and polite. It was a great experience shopping at this store.

The salesman Callen Wendler was very knowledgeable and helpful. After welcoming us to the store he pointed us in the right direction and left us browse before approaching us again to help. No pushiness sales technique. Did not ask for an immediate decision that day, but gave us the tools needed to make an inform decision and left us to return another day if we wanted, which we did, to place the order.

Thank you to the Manager Daniel at the Lancaster PA store for assisting us with getting the recliner into our vehicle. It was after hours of loading, and you did a job that wasn't your responsibility. I love my chair!
