6/7/2026 I spoke with T he’s truly a blessing from God he gave me a better bed a great bed for a great discount I’m glad I came to them thank you T…….update!!6/8/2026 He’s great with communication on delivery day and thru out the whole process so is the driver I salute him third floor a lot of stairs him and my boyfriend got it up in less then 15 minutes no kidding 15 minutes top I got a Queen size mattress and and box spring I will be going back for my couch and etc thank you for your business T oh also I went in Sunday got it delivered Monday before 1pm highly recommend

The guy T is a liar will show you a set of mattresses then will sell you a total different set of bogus mattresses.I picked out a set of king size mattresses, he told me he was going to give me the thicker box springs & that was a lie. He first told me they didn't deliver to my area, then lied and said he didn't say that to up the delivery fee cool. Sent a delivery guy with a 9 year old kid that was not able to help get the mattresses in I had to help after paying for delivery service. once I helped carry the mattresses in & up to the bedroom. I then noticed the mattresses looked different from what T showed & sold me. The top pillow top mattress was defected, after a couple of weeks the top mattress started detaching from the mattress bubbling up & the thread was unraveling from the mattress. I took pictures & immediately sent them to T. he told me it was a manufacturing problem not his & as far as the top mattress bubbling up he said maybe I'd spilled something on the mattress, I told him look at all of the pictures I'd sent none of them had any spills or anything on them to please just admit he sold me bogus defected mattresses & they were not the mattress he showed me they were different. He then got rude & nasty & told me if I paid another &125 for delivery he can send me new replacements & I told him I didn't think it was fair that I had to repay for delivery when he sold me bogus defective mattress that I had already paid for & paid delivery for. The guy T continued to be rude & nasty acting like he was doing me a favor by RECHARGING me for something I had already paid for, he sold me different bogus mattress that he should had been responsible for paying his delivery guys to redeliver replace the defected bogus mattress. I would never shop here again or will I ever recommend anyone to this bogus unprofessional place. Im contacting the BBB on this dump!! I gave one star only bc it would not allow me not to put ZERO this dump does not deserve ANY STARS .. The pictures attached shows the top layer of the mattress detaching from the mattress bubbling up. Even when the bed is made up the mattress bubbles still raise the cover smh the nerve of this person T with his bad rude unprofessional attitude and scamming bogus business!
View on GoogleThis was my First time buying from this store. I have rode pass many times and finally had a need to buy. I stepped in and had a talk concerning a Mattress for my Mom. She is having Surgery on tge 12th. I bought my Mom back 2 day later and we are now leaving happily with our purchase. Now Mom is much closer to being comfortable during recovery after surgery. T went the distance for us. our specific mattress had to be bought from Chicago Heights and the did it with a smile. They have future customers in us! Big Thanks T !
