Great customer service! Prices are affordable. I purchased a bed Monday and was promised delivery on Saturday. Today is Wednesday and it was delivered early due to holidays! I am so appreciative of that act of kindness. This is the most comfortable mattress I’ve experienced. Thank you for your great customer service!!!
View on GoogleWe went in to the store in December after receiving a sale flyer. John was very knowledgeable (as expressed in a prior review) and talked with us patiently to determine which mattress and bed setup would be best for our needs. The delivery staff scheduled us and were friendly. The young men, Sam and Ben, who handled the actual delivery and setup did a nice job. We enjoyed meeting them and were thankful they were able to handle everything on their own—especially the removal of the existing mattress. They were quick, efficient, and knew what to do (we purchased adjustable bases) since they’ve been handling the deliveries for a couple of years now. We are pleased with our purchase, the employees, and the process.

View on GoogleFive stars for the gentleman who worked at this store three years ago. The store is fortunate to have him, for he was part of a miracle! It did take me a while to get this posted, like three years! So, my husband is disabled and on one of his hospital trips, he got out early... I had just got rid of his bed and was taking my time buying a new one for caregiving. So, when I got word he was coming home on that very day I needed a bed. I was in a state and found it very challenging to instantly acquire one. When I reached out to Mattress America, Prescott, and spoke with Alex, I think that was his name, he took special care to help me find the right bed that I needed on that very day. I drove down to the store on faith. And then I found one! He took one of the showroom beds that was just the exact right size and comfort level and then walked me through the credit process and I got approved on the spot. He then proceeded to carry this new very special bed and load it up in his vehicle and then delivered it to my home and then proceeded to carry it by himself into the room and set it up! I felt blessed by this showing of kindness. Now, my husband is still using this wonderful bed and it continues to be the perfect one for convalescence and he sleeps wonderfully on it! Thank you so much for your kindness Alex and I hope this review finds you well! You are a hero who helped me that very special day!
