I had a uhaul reserved, and just before I was able to pick it up, someone from the store told me my reservation was canceled due to brakes not working properly. Really excellent service from Mattress and Furniture Liquidators! I was helped by the owner, Gustavo. The entire experience has been wonderful. I'm a Iraq Veteran and have retired to Wilmington. I was nervous about furnishing an entire home, but he has helped me step by step! I have found everything I needed and had everything delivered and arranged with no drama at all! I love the atmosphere of the store and even the delivery drivers were amazing. The office staff was also great. They are wonderful people. The entire team is excellent. It was very important to me to stay on budget and not overspend. The owner worked with me, to get my entire townhome furnished and at a great price! I never felt rushed or pressured at all, which I am grateful for. I highly recommend that everyone stop by. This business exhibits the Navy core values and will treat you with kindness and respect! Had a great experience buying an outdoor furniture set for my patio. Elizabeth provided quick response and a great price. I absolutely love the set and will be returning to the store for more! Store could be a little better organized but truly I have no complaints. Staff also helped me load up everything and made the process completely seamless and easy. Love it!!

I am so thankful to Elizabeth and this company for the beautiful dining set. When l purchased it, the area was unfinished as seen in the picture. There was no pressure at all. They were so kind and seemed to understand the stress that I was going through. They helped me to see what was a miracle. Five stars and more to this company.

A few weeks ago I was about to move to a new place and knew i was going to need a new bed. I did a Google search and kept coming back to Mattress and Furniture Liquidators so I decided to go visit them after I got off work. I'm so glad I did. Eli greeted me and listened to what I thought I was looking for. To make sure I was getting what I would be happy with, he called his boss over to assist. Between the 2 of them I was able to find a mattress/platform set along with a head board and night stand. I actually went in looking for a twin bed because I thought my room would be too small for anything bigger. I had a picture of the room on my phone and showed it to them. They assured me a full size would work and guess what? It did and I still have room to move around. My only minor disappointment was that the brackets ordered for the platform were not the correct ones but I have to say that the delivery guys made it work. It may not look perfect but that's ok. Everyone from the boss down to the delivery guys made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The bed is super comfortable and they were able to work out an amazing deal for me. Thanks guys and I'll keep you in mind for future furniture needs.
