The Mattress Capital

I wish I had more stars! 10/10! I had such a great experience mattress shopping thanks to Devon. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with genuine respect and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed while I carefully compared mattress after mattress. I’m the kind of person who likes to really analyze my options, and Devon was incredibly patient while I dissected every detail. What stood out most was how honest and helpful he was when we talked about price. He showed me both sides — the most expensive options and the most affordable ones — and explained the real differences without trying to push me toward the higher price tag. He even talked through ways to save money and made sure I understood what would actually work best for me long term. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, he gave me the information I needed and trusted me to make the final decision for myself. That kind of respect is rare and made the whole experience comfortable and even enjoyable. Devon was so wonderful that I’ve since recommended him to several friends, and multiple people I sent his way have also ended up purchasing mattresses and thanked me for the referral. People say the big box store experience is dead, but Devon proved that completely wrong. This is the kind of knowledgeable, thoughtful service you simply can’t get online. Mattress stores need more salespeople like him.

Devon was so helpful in helping me find a mattress that fit my limited budget. My friend and I had dealt with different salespeople all day and were about to just order a mattress online but decided to take one last shot at looking in person & I couldn’t be happier that we did. The entire process was quick, easy, and I feel really confident about the product I’m walking away with. Highly recommend this spot! Thanks again Devon (:

Crystal was so helpful and patient in helping us find the perfect mattress. We purchased a mattress online and it wasn’t right for us so we came into mattress capital and they were so helpful!

Wonderful experience! Crystal was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and listened to my needs, wants and budget requests. She did not try to up sale a more expensive model, but she did show me all that they had available. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back in the future for all our mattresses.

We looked at four stores, and finally went back to our top choice. The Mattress Capital. I could not have been more shocked at the price difference they offer versus other competitors. Not only was the mattress we chose cheaper, but truly the softest one as well. To completely "seal the deal", Chrystal was 115% amazing! She did not pressure us one single bit. She was so amazing to work with. Literally, she was the best. I'd head that way for an extremely amazing price, and awesome service! ☆☆☆☆☆
