I needed a new mattress and decided to shop local, and I'm very happy I did! The entire experience was top-notch. I asked for recommendations but also wanted to try out other mattresses I had read about. There was no pressure or hovering as I walked around the store. Once I decided, the purchase was quick and easy. They were flexible and able to work with my schedule, so delivery was on a weekend (a Sunday even!) as I wasn't available during the week. They were quick and efficient, taking out the old mattress and setting up the new one. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I recommend checking out Mattress Barn!

EXCELLENT transaction from start to finish. I was immediately warmly greeted by their exceptional Sales Rep, "Ricki", who walked me through their inventory, explained different feels, Manufacturers, styles, prices, lifespans, etc., without any pressure at all. Ricki was VERY knowledgeable, professional, personable, and I bought a mattress + delivery on the spot. Easy location and VERY quick (2 day) and safe delivery. The owner, "Akin", was present for the delivery, and overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Mattress Barn!

Richard the sales rep is phenomenal. He did one thing which spoke volume to me and that was listen. Proper greetings, being kind and all that is standard in sales. But being able to listen and guide the buying process to help the customer make a buying decision is a skill that not very many people have. Thank you Richard. I have always disliked buying a bed. You made my experience pleasant. I will always buy my beds from this establishment. I recommend anyone wanting a bed to go see Richard. Stay safe everyone.
