He listened to our concerns and needs, answered all questions, showed and demonstrated several beds/accessories and made suggestions which best suited our needs. Thank you very much for all your assistance. We are very happy with my mother’s forever bed so far, do not expect any issues but feel confident that any issues will be resolved expeditiously.

I couldn’t be happier with my new Select Comfort bed! After enjoying my previous one for over 20 years, I knew it was time for an upgrade, and this new model exceeded my expectations. The comfort and adjustability are fantastic, and I love the improvements in design and technology. Plus, the customer service was outstanding. Leroy, one of the Vacaville Store representatives even followed up after setup to ensure I knew how to use all the features and answered my questions. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its product like this. Highly recommend!

I was sold something that wasn’t even available anymore. In the showroom, they had a model with an upgraded box spring that looked like a solid option. That’s what I paid for. When my bed was delivered, I got basic box springs instead. Later I found out they haven’t even offered the one I was shown in over a year. From day one, this mattress has been a nightmare. My brand-new bed (straight out of the box) had no cushion or support on the edges – it literally crushed flat like a piece of paper when I sat on the side. Pumping it up didn’t help either; instead, I got a lump that rolled me and pushed me off to the side. On top of that, the cover was oversized and baggy, nothing like the showroom display. They sent me another cover, but that didn’t fix the real issues. Sleeping on this bed feels exactly like being on a Coleman air mattress at a campsite. When I move, my wife bounces around on her side of the bed. You can hear the pump running and clicking throughout the night. And forget about rolling close to your partner – there’s a divider ridge down the middle that makes it feel like you’re climbing a mountain just to meet in the center. Customer service was the worst part. They act like they care, but they really don’t. Instead of replacing a defective bed that’s only a few days old, they ship you random parts and make you “test and diagnose” your own mattress. For the amount of money these beds cost, that is absolutely unacceptable. Their reps came across as dismissive and uneducated about their own products, which was both disrespectful and frustrating. If you’re someone who notices details and values quality, this is NOT the bed for you. If you don’t care how things look or feel, maybe you’ll be fine. But if you’re considering spending thousands of dollars here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wish someone had warned me before I made this mistake – hopefully this review saves at least one person the same disappointment. On top of it all the 100 night trial is great but if you need to return your bed it will cost you $250 which they don’t tell you upfront.

Had problems with my original mattress that I purchased there. It wasn't right for me, as I have severe back and neck problems. Guillermo was most knowledgeable in leading me to buy my perfect mattress. I love it. Pawar was also helpful on both my trips there. They definitely care about their customers. I would definitely buy another mattress there.
