View on GoogleThe perfect experience. Neil asked what we were looking for: Queen, Firm. Had us test a bed to see if we were on the same page with him for what firm was. Tried three other bed to test for the firm/soft feel. Picked the one we wanted. Absolutely zero pressure.
View on GoogleNeil was a easy going, not pushy salesman. He asked me what I was looking for, and we discussed it. Brought my wife in the next day and we layed on a lot of mattresses. We have it pretty much picked out. They have a limited supply of bed platforms and I really don't want a box spring and old fashioned frame. So we will be looking for a platform this week.

Provide advice even if it makes the sales challenging but he would rather you get the correct bed now rather than you having to deal with something later. Example: We came shopping for Nectar adjustable. He recommended the mattresses but advised we are better off with the sealy adjustable. I am pretty sure we are going to be 😊.
