Mattress By Appointment Carthage MS

We decided to upgrade my daughter from a twin bed to a full size over the summer. Nathaniel was a HUGE help when shopping for a mattress. He was very transparent about pricing & super informative about each type of mattress. We ended up coming home with 2 waterproof mattress covers as well for my 2 kids. These things were a DREAM! They are nothing like the ones we have purchased before. They protect the mattress without being bulky or noisy. Makes for easy washing & sound sleeping! They also have enough material on the sides that the cover isn't creeping up the sides of the bed & sliding off. Those are a MUST BUY! Nathaniel even delivered it to the house for me! She has LOVED her mattress since the day we got it. I highly, highly recommend shopping at Mattress By Appt if you are searching for an affordable & good quality mattress.

They have good quality mattresses. They also offer a huge selection at very competitive prices. The owners are great Christian folks. They will be honest and upfront about everything. If there is an issue with anything they sell you they will work with you to get it right. So if you are looking for a great mattress and awesome customer service, stop by Mattress by Appointment in Carthage.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Nathaniel and Erin Settlemire are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and make the entire experience comfortable and pressure free. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in providing a high level of service. I highly recommend this mattress store to anyone looking for a business that values honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer care.

My husband and I recently got a mattress and frame from Mattresses By Appointment. The service was excellent. Our salesman was very kind and courteous. The price was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with our mattress. We will definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone we know looking for a new mattress.

I haven’t made a purchase yet, but I did complete a consultation with plans to buy in the future. The owner was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and interacted in such a positive, memorable way with my special-needs stepson (he absolutely loves his shirt). It’s a Christian business with Christian owners, and our town needs more people who are this genuine and helpful.
