Mattress by Appointment Northport AL

Tim was amazing and showed great customer service skills. My daughter came with me, and he talked the whole time about Christmas with her, while a Christmas movie played. Let her take a picture by his tree with his Santa hat and include her in the purchase of a mattress❤️, even though the mattress wasn't for her. Not only that, but it was 100$ delivery fee I was about to pay; instead, he helped me fit the mattress in my SUV to save money. 5 stars is not enough ✨️.

Very nice people and very down to earth. The best mattress place in all of Tuscaloosa! Go get you a nice mattress set and tell them June sent you! Very reasonable prices!

Great experience purchasing from them. Outstanding customer service! Tim Eads and Tim Brasher went above and beyond in assisting me with the purchase and delivery of a great bed! I highly recommend them. I will buy from them again.

I needed a mattress and a boxspring fast! I set up my appointment! They already what I needed when I walk through the door! They delivered and the process was quick, fast, and friendly!

Had a great experience at Mattress by Appointment!! Customer service is above average which is so rare! Thank you very much!!
