Tim was amazing and showed great customer service skills. My daughter came with me, and he talked the whole time about Christmas with her, while a Christmas movie played. Let her take a picture by his tree with his Santa hat and include her in the purchase of a mattress❤️, even though the mattress wasn't for her. Not only that, but it was 100$ delivery fee I was about to pay; instead, he helped me fit the mattress in my SUV to save money. 5 stars is not enough ✨️.
