Mattress By Appointment

My mom and I were in dire need of new mattresses. My mom had hers for over 20 years, and I needed a good investment after my old one gave out. I wanted to support a locally run business and was blessed when I hit the jackpot coming across Mattress by Appointment, run by Mr. Kit. He was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect mattresses for both of us. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the different brands and models. The prices are very affordable, offering financing options if needed. The service is top-notch! Mr. Kit even came to our home to hand-deliver our mattresses and box frames and helped us set them up in our rooms. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and did so very well and punctually. The mattresses my mom and I settled on are the same brand and model, very comfortable and feel as though we’re sleeping on a cloud. Enoch (my pup) loves the beds as well. We are incredibly thankful to have found this place. I will definitely recommend Mr. Kit and Mattress by Appointment to anyone and everyone. Everyone deserves to find this hidden gem right here Columbus!

Absolutely friendly and extremely helpful! We just moved into town and - without hesitation - took his time with me and my family to find exactly what we needed. Very talkative, cracks some jokes, and helps to ensure you find what you need and more! Next time I need a new mattress I’m definitely going back!

Bought mattress in January. Mr. Kit very helpful and kind. He and another person delivered it in less than 2 hours. Customer service was great. He let me take time to try out different ones. Enjoying my mattress. Thank you Mr. Kit

Enjoyed my experience with Kit at 'Mattress By Appointment' last Saturday. No haggling, straight up price with easy financing options. The inventory was perfect for my budget with several available options. A=Best, B=Better, C=Good with different comfort levels. I choose 'B' queen firmer option, which has a solid manufactures warranty. I wanted to wait for a few days to sleep on the mattress before leaving my review. I am pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase no more waking up with shoulder pain. Thanks Kit!!!! Don't hesitate make your appointment, good rest is calling you.

Great selection of mattresses, and the owner was very wholesome and helpful. Got my new plush queen financed and delivered within an hour of our appointment. The financing options are very affordable too. Six months same as cash. I highly recommend this place. Treat yourself to the good night’s sleep you deserve!
