Hubby and I stopped in to get a better mattress. We were immediately greeted with a smile. We soon learned that it was a family owned small business! We were looking for only a firm mattress, but hubby saw a gorgeous platform bed of our dreams! SOLD!! From the time we walked in the door, selected our new mattress, picked the bed and made the purchase, maybe 20 minutes passed! Big decision made easy with the great selection and excellent customer service! Now delivery! THANK YOU, JEREMY!!!! He was quick, friendly and so professional! They brought this beautiful bed in and set it up fast and nothing was damaged! I would whole heartedly visit again. Just wish they had more furniture beside bedding! Don't sleep on this company, just their mattresses lol! Give them a visit today!
View on GoogleHannah, the owner, is amazing. She will answer your texts or calls on a timely manner. She will find your available options, not only to your needs but also budget. Her communication skills and professionalism are excellent. Also, her knowledge on all the mattresses is amazing. She will help you come to a decision and educate you and all the mattresses. She is super honest. I had a great experience and will definitely recommend her and go back if another purchase is necessary on my end.
View on GoogleWe have purchased from Mattress City on several occasions, and continue to be impressed with their customer support. We recently had an issue with a mattress we purchased a few years ago and the folks at Mattress City went above and beyond to assist us with a comfortable warranty experience. I highly recommend Mattress City.
