So thankful for Jackie! She came in like I was the only one on her agenda today on a SATURDAY! Last minute and with a smile ❤️
View on GoogleOwners are so sweet. They offer every size mattress and if they don’t have what you want they will order it for you. Free delivery which is amazing. They are by appointment only which is great. I was able to meet and buy a mattress on a Sunday after church. Would highly recommend. And will definitely be back when I need another mattress!!!
View on GoogleKelly was super friendly & helped me pick the perfect mattress for me. He thoroughly explained the benefits of each mattress and was able to assist me in picking the perfect mattress for my needs. He has the best prices around!!! I won’t ever buy from anyone else after shopping at Mattress By Appointment.
View on GoogleDavid and MBA Jacksonville are great to work with. If you are looking for quality and fair pricing, I recommend checking them out! I didn't realize how simple it was to purchase and get approved for financing!
View on GoogleI'm all about some good customer service which is often lacking these days, but Mattress by Appointment in Jacksonville, TX earned every bit of this 5-star review. Mattress shopping can be dreadful, but Kelly was quick to respond, flexible, transparent and helpful, which made for a fun and efficient experience! Thanks again Kelly!
