I highly recommend Sleep 1st First and their customer service representative, Teddy C. When I arrived, he showed me several mattresses and encouraged me to try them out to see if I preferred a firm or soft mattress. I discovered that I really like traditional soft mattresses. Teddy provided me with detailed information about the options available and even showed me some mattresses he had in stock in the back that might be on sale. I chose one that was discounted for the new year, and he offered me an amazing deal. Teddy gave me a special discount, and since it’s the day before Christmas Eve, he promised to deliver my mattress in time for me to enjoy a good night’s sleep on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. He is an outstanding salesperson, and I genuinely enjoyed our conversation. It was refreshing, and he offered great advice on what to consider when choosing a mattress, in the future. He even promised to clean any imperfections on the sales floor model, (I purchased) and ensured delivery within an 2 hour. I wholeheartedly recommend Sleep 1st First, and I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

This was my first time coming to this mattress store and it was the best experience I've ever had. I felt like I was heard and understood thanks to Teddy Camat. He was extremely attentive and personable. He made me feel comfortable and like he was my friend and took care of my concerns and opinions when it came to purchasing a mattress. I just received the best service at a mattress store in my whole life. I didn't think mattress shopping would be such a relaxing and good time. Thanks to Teddy Camat, I have a great association with mattress shopping when before I used to feel great anxiety to shop at a store like this. Went to several mattress stores and looked online trying to find the best option for moving my two-year-old to his first big boy bed. We had the frame, but we needed the best mattress we could find for the best price, I am a single mom and did a lot of searching. We stopped by sleep first on South Broadway in Tyler and were greeted by the store manager, Matt. From the beginning to end, Matt was super helpful, never pressured me into spending more money than I was able to, and gave me a whole list of options. I ended up leaving with a new mattress for my little boy, a mattress protector, and that good feeling you get when you know you weren’t taken advantage of by a salesman. We definitely appreciate the store and will be back when it’s time to replace the other mattresses in our home.

i came here with my friends just to see what it's like to purchase a mattress, and if i ever need to get a mattress, i would come here and ask for Teddy. Teddy feels like such a trustworthy and understanding guy, and i dont think id want anyone else expect him if im going to purchase a mattress
