Mattress by Appointment Odessa TX / Colchones por Cita

If anyone is looking into buying a brand new bed, this is the place to go! They were very kind and they were filled up for the day but the managed to squeeze me in. I thank them so much for that because im new here in town and did not have a bed to sleep in . They were super nice and funny. I am so grateful to them getting me in today, they definitely saved an old womans back so I didn't have to sleep on a cot again tonight. Thank a million guys. Once I start meeting people here I will definitely refer yalls company.

Salesman was super friendly and helpful, he explained everything very thoroughly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Awesome customer service and great experience overall, highly recommend this family owned business!

Super satisfied with my purchase today, David was very patient with me and the whole process. Not only it being so late my appointment was at 6:40pm I ended up not being able to get there till 7:10 and they where nice enough to stay open a little later to help me out. I already knew it was going to be a hassle but for some reason I had so much faith in this place. I just bought a semi and what’s a semi without your mattress right ? Thank you david for your patience and for going around all the loops that we had to go through just to make sure I didn’t step out without my mattress! Couldn’t have landed in a better place! I would also like to say how bright and positive david is not only was he selling me a mattress but also pushing pure positive energy about my accomplishment (the semi) not even knowing me I appreciate him and his great personality. He definitely doesn’t let you stress unless he has no other way of helping you but he goes around every single little loop and just to top it off this place does not push you into anything you’re not sure of or can’t afford just to make a couple more bucks they will put you into what you can and desire I wish I could give them more stars! THANK YOUUUU !!!

Salesman was super great! My purchase was an easy process and super fast. I am most definitely returning! Gray building with red trim, go check them out!

Great inventory and prices. Big store benefits without the big store prices, fees, or hassle. Will definitely revisit when I mattress shop for my guest room!
