Mattress By Appointment Boerne

Ashley was amazing. No pressure to buy anything. Her recommendation was on point with the mattress I need for my son. She's very understanding and comfortable to talk to. Very informative and insightful. Today my husband and I only wanted to go look at the mattresses and we made an appointment with Ashley to go see and we will definitely be buying the mattress that she had mentioned because it is perfect.

Definitely one of the best places to find a wide range of mattresses for an awesome price! Kaeleigh was amazing with helping me find the exact mattress I was looking for, and helped me wrestle it into the back of my truck.

Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment and no one showed up. I have called and texted and no response. Editing to add I received a text several days later from the owner stating that he apologizes because he thought he turned off appointments since he would be out of town.

I run an assisted living here in town and had an elderly client arriving earlier than expected for a short term stay. I was in a bind and the gentleman I spoke with jumped through hoops to help me out! We had the mattress we needed at our door within 2 hours of my call! Now that’s customer service!

Awesome Place. Great Prices. Stop by here before buying a mattress if you want to save money.
