Mattress By Appointment- Or Right Now!

I was initially apprehensive about having to make an appointment due to my schedule, however appointments are available every day, which made it easy. I called and heard the voicemail explaining that appointments could be made online-and by the time I finished booking online, Nick had called me! Nick and Rebecca are extremely responsive, quick to answer phone calls and texts, and happy to answer all questions. The bed is incredibly comfortable and was delivered quickly. I highly recommend Mattress by Appointment for their excellent customer service!

This company is amazing!! Love them. Nick and his family really came through for me. I had some folks request my rental be furnished on a few hours notice. I called Nick and his wife set me up with 3 mattresses, bedframes, headboards and sheets with delivery within a few hours. It was AMAZING!! They really came through for me. My tenants are sooo happy and I'm grateful to have been able to get them settled so quickly. Thank you again Nick and family for being so hospitable and easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is my third time buying a mattress and frame from Nick, and every single time his service has been amazing. Nick is very kind, honest, friendly, accommodating and does not pressure you! All of the interactions I've had with Nick have all been great. Nick offers so many deals and interest free financing. I was able to qualify for the 12 months interest free financing, and the entire process was so fast and simple. When we walked in, he greeted us in a friendly manner and remembered our preference in mattresses. He showed us the different options and let us try the beds without rushing or pressuring us. He gave us a great deal on the mattress and frame. We even got a free full size mattress protector for being repeat customers. I recommend anyone looking for a mattress to visit Nick, his business is local and he's great at communicating with you, the customer.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of an adjustable bed and mattresses from Mattress By Appointment. Before the purchase of our adjustable bed, I had spent the last 3-4 decades getting poor rest due to a bad lower back. I honestly couldn't remember a time in my adult life where I didn't wake up and HAD to get out of bed in the morning because my back would stiffen and be in pain. The adjustable bed was the right choice and Nick from Mattress By Appointment couldn't have been more helpful to my wife and me in finding the right bed and mattress set. Nick was amazing to work with and not only did he deliver the bed, he stayed until the bed was completely set up and in working condition. Well worth the $$ and quality of sleep I now enjoy. And yes, I can actually sleep in most mornings ...100% satisfied!!

I really like that it is family owned and managed. Customers service is great and the prices are awesome! My children are so happy sleeping on their comfortable beds now. Delivery was done the day it was promised. Thank you so much Matress by appointment!
