First time visiting Mattress By Appointment and I was very very impress with the quality and the 20 year warranty!!! The customer service was amazing I walked in got shown different mattress and walked out buying one in less than 20 min. The fact that they allow you do put such a small amount down and finance the remainder is insane I will most definitely come back and recommend all friends and family because you can’t find a deal like this anywhere else!!!

The showroom showcases a variety of beds, including Queen mattresses ranging from $150 to $1775, catering to different comfort preferences. I appreciated the straightforward information without any pressure to make a purchase. During the payment review, they guide you through financing options starting at $10 a month, providing a helpful breakdown for private review. This is especially beneficial for those not ready for full payment upfront. Additionally, they do offer delivery within the Bay Area limits (please ask, not accurately sure on the distance limitations). Jonathan was super friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He had a decent selection of mattresses to choose from and even offered delivery. The appointment was quick. Im happy with my selection so far.

Jonathan made it so easy to choose a mattress. I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked in but he answered every question I had. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision and the price. I’m so glad I chose to purchase here.

It was okay-ish. Felt a little bamboozled since the mattress comes with a box spring, and was shown with a full sized one, but what arrived was more a platform. It's hard to comparison shop since labels, if there every were any, are removed from the mattresses. The price was a bit steep but if the comps presented are true (who knows?) I can do without a label. Delivery his 70.00 unless you pay cash, which I did. They don't set it up but just bring it inside the house. You are on your own for wrangling it out of the plastic and what not. I haven't set up the mattress and platform, yet but will and revise my review if necessary. If you know what you are looking for, don't mind the bare-bones service you might find you good night's sleep here.
