Working with Billy and Steve was by far the best experience that I have ever had with any type of furniture delivery company. From the time my husband and I walked in Billy was accommodating and didn’t try to over sell us. He showed us what he had and let us try everything to make our own decisions. The next day they delivered our mattress and adjustable frame and they didn’t leave until I was completely happy with everything. They answered questions, showed us how to use everything and made sure everything was to our liking. I cannot begin to say how incredibly professional and knowledgeable they were. 5 stars is not enough to give them.

They explained everything clearly and made sure I found the perfect mattress for me. They also have very good deals and great prices, which made the experience even better. I never felt pressured, and they really take the time to talk to you and make sure you are comfortable with your choice. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for good quality, great service, and honest people. I love my mattress and I’m very happy with my purchase!
View on GoogleSteve is the best guy to go to for your next mattress purchase. He is very knowledgeable and impressionable. He took a hour to thoroughly explain each mattress in great detail. I learned a lot about what would best fit myself and my husband. He took the time to understand both mine and my husbands wants and needs. I never once felt pressured into buying. I was given many options that would work with my budget. 10/10 recommend I am 100% satisfied with our purchase. Oh and before I forget, we messaged him at 630 at night. He took time out of his evening to go above and beyond. He met us at 730 that same night and mind you, on Friday night. Thank you again Steve. We will be back.
View on GoogleI have purposely waited two full weeks to write this review as I wanted to see real world results not just “it’s comfortable, soft, blah blah blah”. Short story: Matress by Appointment offers the same or better quality mattresses vs the top name brands, outstanding personal service and incredible pricing! Long story: Short history: I am 58, have multiple back fractures as well as fusions and kyphoplastys as well as two destroyed shoulders that can’t be surgically fixed. My wife has knee injuries and needs a replacement which she is holding off for now. So true orthopedic relief/comfort is what we needed. Our daughter was sleeping on a 20+ year old mattress from when she was a child! So we were shopping for mattresses (2) one for us and one for our daughter. We went to the airbed store in short pump, they were over priced and not adjustable enough or “fit”in the right places! Then we went to MatressFirm..where we actually found some mattresses that we felt would work but WOW $$$! So we now at least had an idea what we needed..Then pops up “Mr Matress” on Facebook..(I hate that it listens to conversations and such but this time it was gold!). We said let’s give this a look, it was out in Tappahanock but the idea of Matress by Appointment interested us so we made an appointment, met with Mr Matress (Billy Metzger) who we actually knew from the food truck business he also owns Curbside Creations, Yum!! Anyway we met with him alone on our schedule, he educated us on some very important facts in the bed world with zero pressure, we tried his beds and they were comparable or better than the “big name guys”!! He said go home think about it and that’s what we did..knowing as we left we would be buying two different mattresses from him if everything he said checked out. We did more research and it was all as he said, we called later that day and told him which two mattresses we wanted and he delivered them to us the next day!! After two weeks, I can say, not only are they comfortable, soft, and truly some of the best nights sleep I have had in years, but my sleep apps all bear out that same truth..significantly more deep sleep, only waking once or twice per night to roll over vs every hour or two prior! Absolutely incredible!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Billy!!

She absolutely loves it. ❤️ i definitely recommend getting a bed from them asap. You all will thank me later.
