Very friendly and helpful with a lot of knowledge. Helpful in picking out the right furniture for my home. I got 2 bedrooms the same but different colors. Love dining room furniture and living room couch so comfortable.

There is a variety of great, quality furniture at Red Barn. I looked at several other furniture stores and I selected something pretty quickly here. They let you browse around and check on your own and check with you now and then. The delivery was on time and professional. I have recommend Red Barn to several people that I know. Thanks Derek for a great experience!

We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end here. Derek helped us so much with finding the PERFECT furniture for our new house. He was incredibly knowledgeable with any questions we had. Super personable and truly cared that you left happy. We then had the couches delivered when they came in and the two moving guys that came to deliver them were incredibly careful and respectful of our house and were very nice! Then we even had Derek call later that day after delivery to check to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with our purchase. You just don’t find that kind of care these days anymore! 10/10 would recommend and we will 100% be back with any furniture needs! Thank you again Derek and the team! Yall rock!!

Update: I had a great experience with the salesperson during the buying process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful in helping me choose a sofa and color I thought I would love. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed once the sofa was delivered to the store and I picked it up. The sofa I received does not feel or look like the floor model I was shown in the store. The comfort, appearance, and overall quality are noticeably different from what I expected based on the showroom sample. I reached out to the company hoping they would work with me on a solution, but they were unwilling to offer a return, exchange, or any meaningful accommodation. To be fair, the salesperson did try to help by offering me another sofa at a discounted cost, which I appreciated. However, after already spending a significant amount of money on a sofa that did not meet expectations, I was not comfortable investing even more money with a company that would not properly address the original issue. What also concerns me is that my copy of the receipt had a section regarding returns and exchanges that was never signed or acknowledged. It felt like poor business practice and a lack of thoughtfulness in making sure customers fully understand and agree to those policies at the time of purchase. This review is not a reflection of the salesman, who did an excellent job, but rather the company’s handling of customer satisfaction after the sale. I would strongly encourage future buyers to get detailed information in writing and fully understand the company’s return and exchange policies before purchasing.

We went in looking for recliners and the selection was amazing. We were greeted by a sales person immediately asking if we needed any help. We told him we were looking for new recliners. He explained the ones that could not be changed and the ones that could be changed from manual to electric, electric to manual, from fabric to leather and leather to fabric along with the different fabric colors available if we wanted a different color. Then he left us to look around. It was refreshing not to have sales person constantly breathing down your neck while we were trying to decide. When we made our decision, Derek was ready to answer all our questions so we were sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We purchased 2 new recliners and will be shopping at the Old Red Barn for all our furniture needs in the future thanks to the great prices and outstanding service from Derek!
