Mattress By Appointment

Awesome customer service!! Helped my partner and I find the perfect mattress. The communication with the employees is great. We brought our 1 year old in with us and they kept him company while we finished up our purchase! Really great people! ☺️

Tiffany was great and helpful, we've been pricing mattresses and found their prices the best. We were amazed how quickly the approval was. John helped us load it, now I'm excited for our first nights sleep!! Highly recommend them!

An amazing experience! I reached out to Kandy and made an appointment for the same day. I met with Kathie in Watertown and she was super helpful and honest. She had wonderful customer service. 10/10 experience for me and will definitely recommend Mattress by Appointment to everyone!

Very pleasant buying experience, good selection....easy to find a mattress perfect for me. Easy to set up delivery options, and delivery itself was prompt and efficient. The actual qualifying/buying process was simple, and I ended up.with a smaller down payment than I expected.

After speaking with someone on the phone and making an appointment I drove an hour to pick up the bed I was so anxiously excited about. I'm glad that I brought more money than I thought I would need because on the phone I was told the prices were a total of $100 less then what they told me at the store.. I did get a good bed but I felt like I was tricked.. I kind of recommend this place because they do have good quality mattresses but I think that everybody should be on the same page when it comes to giving quotes over the phone..
