Mattress Firm

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at this mattress store! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The seller, his last name Silva ( I can remember his name), was very friendly, professional, and patient, and he took the time to answer all my questions and help me find the right mattress for my needs. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress and excellent customer service!

Great place, no pressure sales tactics. Just asking what your interested in and showing you the products. Not looking to upsell, actually the opposite. Tell you this is similar and lower cost, etc. Straight forward team, and even without me asking, they called into corporate and got me a better deal, even on memorial Day which is the Superbowl of mattress selling. A+ fellas!

Nothing but the best-the customer service is always exceptional. The knowledge and the on hand samples you can touch and feel to know what quality and types of material is next to none. We were given comparisons of many beds so we felt very comfortable with our decision with no second guessing! We can’t wait for the arrival of our new bed 🤗

I had such a great experience at Mattress Firm in Watertown! After trying to shop online—and having two different beds delivered and sent back—I finally decided to stop in. I’m so glad I did. I found the perfect mattress and was able to take it home that same day. Nick, the salesman who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He listened to what I needed and explained everything clearly. On top of that, I realized after my purchase that I’d forgotten to use a discount I had in my email. I called the store, and they had my card credited back with the discount the very next day—no hassle at all. They made the whole process so easy! Lesson learned: sometimes the simplest, most stress-free option is going in person. I should’ve gone to Mattress Firm first. Highly recommend this location and Nick (and I believe the other guy’s name was Austin) in particular.

You have a team that shows exactly what the company promotes and promises. The great customer service, quality assurance of sleep products, and a professional environment is what Watertown residents need when choosing a mattress. Mattress firm employee professionals, thank you both for serving our community!
