View on GoogleI can see why this store is so highly reviewed! From past experience, purchasing a mattress can be really difficult with pushy salespeople, opaque pricing etc. None of those apply here: Clinton was a joy to deal with and the products are well organized and priced lower than the competition. One thing I did not know before this experience is that big box stores will actually force some mattress manufacturers to lower their quality to meet pricing and margin demands. I found this out, because my previous mattress lasted nowhere near the stated lifetime and actually began to degrade quickly. When I swapped with the new mattress from Mattress Concepts (which tbh was only a bit more expensive) the new mattress was thicker, about 2x as heavy, and clearly made with much more durable materials. Do yourself a favor and go here when it's time to upgrade. It might save you some money when you don't need back surgery down the road.

We both were looking for something different, I was leaning to a softer mattress and my wife to a firm one. Clinton went to great lengths to help us find a mattress that we both were comfortable with. Along with his great customer care, we purchased a quality, made in the USA mattress for much less we were quoted from other stores. Thanks again Clinton.

View on GoogleI have been needing a new mattress for 10 plus years but like most people I put it off and put it off. As we all know mattresses aren't cheap and to drop that kind of money on something.....well...I always found better things to spend my money on. I kept hearing about Mattress Concepts and heard great things about the owner Clinton. I decided to buck up and go. Hands down one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Wont try to BS you or try and get you to buy the nicest bed. He truly finds what exactly you are looking for and makes sure you are satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and had great insight. I ended up getting one of those mattresses that roll up and a rising frame and spent half of what I would have at any other furniture store. LOVE LOVE LOVE this combo. I was skeptical of those rolled up mattresses but I love it. He called me a few days later even to check on everything because our box was damaged for the raising frame. I will always go to Clinton when needing a mattress and will send everyone I know to him.
