Mattress Depot USA

Tessea was very easy to work with and super informative on mattress pillows etc. she was able to help us find the bed we have been looking for along with pillows. She took her time and made us feel like we were at home during the whole process. 10/10 recommend working with her and mattress depot.

Our current mattress was breaking down so it was time for a new one. We visited Mattress Depot and met with Tessea, the Sales person. She explained the differences from Costs, to Styles, and the different Manufacturers. As a previous owner of a Motel herself for many years, Tessea is very knowledgeable in mattress types and explained those differences to us. The differences between a Commercial and Residential mattress that we’ve always wondered about but never knew. Tessea was Friendly, Professional, and with that experience and knowledge from having owned a Motel, we were able to decide on the mattress that best fits our needs for a pain free nights sleep. We believe that without offering her knowledge and spending a huge amount the time to educate us on what to look for, there’s no doubt we would have selected a mattress that in no time would’ve not been the right choice for us. Tessea didn’t pressure us into buying a mattress, instead she takes the information you share with her to help you find the right mattress for you. She will encourage you to try the mattresses, go home and think about what you’ve seen and tried, and then come back for a second look. Absolutely no pressure, just a comfortable buying experience. Tessea was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend taking the time to visit her at Mattress Depot for help and assistance on what type of mattress is best for you. Many thanks to Tessea from us.

We are so impressed with Mattress Depot in Burlington, WA! We walked in knowing nothing about mattresses and walked out feeling very informed about the products available. This was so helpful in choosing our new bed for the next 15 years! Our salesperson, Tessea, was so lovely to work with, and patiently walked us through the options available, making sure that we had confidence in our final decision. Thank you Tessea, and Mattress Depot! We can’t wait for the delivery of our new mattress!

I came into the Burlington store with a lot of questions about mattresses, that I need/prefer. And tessea helped me out a lot! She has so much knowledge and compaction; I am looking forward for my tempur-pedic and adjustable base!
