Mattress Depot Outlet

Will is awesome! Friendly, personable, super helpful and knowledgeable. He spent time learning about my needs and offering fabulous suggestions. He's great.

Clint was amazing. He knew ins and outs of all products and was transparent about pros and cons. He only recommended the ones in our price range and didn't push for more expensive ones. One of the best purchasing experiences ever! And I also liked the variety of the products they carried.

Unfortunately, we were not able to receive proper customer service here. Even after we entered the store, the staff remained seated and barely greeted us. Instead, they immediately asked what we were looking for and what price range we had in mind. When we answered, we were coldly told that they didn’t have anything like that. We were actually flexible with our budget and were hoping they might offer some suggestions, so the experience was quite disappointing. A mattress is not a cheap purchase. If you are looking to buy one while receiving helpful advice and guidance, you may want to consider purchasing from a different store.

Clint and Andy were great! We went to two different locations to make sure we found something we liked. They answered all of our questions and more. They were very friendly and didn't make us feel pressured. My partner and I are excited for our new mattress!

BUYER BEWARE. We’ve purchased many mattresses from this location over the years and have always been content with our purchases but after our most recent experience we will definitely not purchase from here or any Mattress Depot affiliated companies in the future. Our most expensive mattress purchase to date and less than a year of having it and it has significant sagging. I contacted the store and talked to Will who seemed to want to do everything to help. The store has to submit the claim to the manufacturer. I filled out the paper work, submitted the claim to him with the photos he requested. And now it’s been months of radio silence and playing email tag with Will (who is mostly not responding and when he does respond only wants to call - extremely shady business practices). I can’t get an update on the status of my claim and the company is definitely not prioritizing this as it’s not making them any money. Which is a shame because I have mattresses for other rooms that I need to purchase but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Spend your dollars somewhere where they’ll actually be valued and you’ll be cared about.
