We love our new couch from Mattress Direct of Ohio! Paul was so helpful in finding what we wanted and it shipped rather quickly! We couldn’t be happier with our new couch. It is such great quality for a great price!

Delivery and setup by Isaiah was on time, quick and exceptional. Recommending Mattress Direct of Ohio to all my family and friends looking beds/mattress. Very pleasant experience!!!!!!

View on GoogleThe customer service was amazing he stayed in constant contact with me and let me know everything that was going on from the delivery of the bed to his office and when he was ready to deliver it to the house and I absolutely love our new beds they are well made in a really good price I will definitely be going back for future reference and I really love that the beds come with a 10 year warranty any offers bed protection covers at the store as well if you haven't you should definitely give him a call the quality of bed for the price is amazing compared to going to the other stores and locations I have tried

He was very helpful in helping us decide which was the best mattress for us. He was very patient, answered all our questions and just really great to work with.
