Factory Furniture Mattress and More

Wow still excellent customer service! I have been a customer for the last ten years! I suggest if you need some furniture look here. This is Ashley furniture, go look in their showroom then come here. Whatever Ashley makes you can get a much better price here. Even if you have a tight budget, you can afford better quality pieces than the local big box stores that sell junk. I love this small business, excellent prices, quick responses and so many financial options. Always polite, smiling employees. I will continue to purchase all of my furniture here. Big thanks to Dominick and Derek for hassle free delivery! Love my sofa!

We love this furniture store and Jeremy did a good job Chairs were delivered by Dominick and Derek. Amazing. Some things had to be moved and they put them actually back where they belonged. Very friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend this store.

I gave a 5 star review because there were manufacturing issues with the original loveseat I had ordered. They made it right and to my satisfaction by ordering another couch loveseat set, very similar to what I originally ordered. Delivery guys Dominick & Derek were very polite & setup my up furniture pieces timely. They also took my old recliner out to the curb for me. After everything was resolved I was a happy & satisfied customer that would definitely shop with this company again. This was my second furniture purchase with this company.

I spoke with Josh about placing an order for some online Flexsteel furniture. He was very helpful and patient. He even checked for a special deal, which I appreciated. I look forward to having our new furniture soon. It was an overall pleasant experience. Update: We now have our beautiful furniture. We traveled eight hours, each way, to get this furniture. That alone says a lot about the prices and people. I could not be more pleased with everything and everyone at this store. Josh and the entire staff were kind, polite, and went above expectations in every way! The next time we need furniture, this will be our first choice. Thank you!
