My husband & I purchased a king mattress + basic frame from this store last month for around $1k all inclusive of taxes + the frame and we couldn’t be happier with it! The mattress that’s manufactured by them also has a 10 year warranty which gave us peace of mind. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They delivered it to our apartment and the assembly took less than 10 minutes including them putting the frame together. We are glad we went here instead of a chain mattress store because it would have costed us $3k-5k for the same size and firmness (without a frame even).

These guys know what true customer service is and how to treat people. We had a mattress that was within the warranty timeframe but they no longer carried it. Most companies would say sorry we can’t do anything. Not here Karen stepped up and took care of us. No hassle very polite and respectful. Customer service is very important to me and it seems to have been forgotten by most companies. Mattress Factory is true customer service.
