A decent mattress store in this part of Philly. The salesman and saleswoman were nice and helpful. Parking is a little tight but there more parking behind the store. The store itself is large and they have a good selection to pick from.

What a pleasant experience! We needed a good basic mattress for our guest room and the sales person Matthew was a great help in guiding us to the one suited best for us. We didn’t feel pressured and he was very knowledgeable. He arranged delivery that worked perfect for our timeline. Def recommend.

Walked in stated what I was looking for and Dennis the Representative was very attentive and offered me many choices. I made a decision with his help. My new bed and frame were ready for delivery within two days. So easy!!! Talk about a satisfied customer!!!! Thank you Mattress Firm

Today after 3 days of trying to go to this location I had the best sales person. Alex was amazing he was very knowledgeable and really helped me make my decision which I’m so excited about and can’t wait to get my new bed. Thank you Alex for being so amazing.

I recently called this store because my adjustable base was not working.Joe D., the new manager answered the phone. He looked up the user manual on the Internet and walked me through some troubleshooting steps until we were able to figure out what was wrong. 20 minutes later, my adjustable base was working again. We reset the remote. He was very patient and helpful. I can’t thank him enough. Also, I bought a mattress, pillows, and sheets from this location two years ago and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products and excellent customer service.
