Very helpful sales associate Mahogany was knowledgeable and zero pressure. She assessed my sleep style and preferences, made spot on suggestions, and explained the differences between mattress types. I was so happy with the service I received and the prices that I left with not only a mattress for myself with an adjustable base but also an inexpensive replacement for the guest room. I had been putting this off because I hate pushy sales people and had encountered them elsewhere. But Mahogany was great and I would recommend her , this store, and their selection very highly! Parking is in front on Cottman Avenue sidewalk side though that isn't immediately apparent.

It was a bad experience—the only exception being the salesperson, who was extremely respectful and courteous. However, I don't think I will ever consider making a purchase here again. The customer service is terrible; after they initially agreed to let me pay half the amount upfront and the remainder in installments—a process that wasted two hours of my time—my request was ultimately rejected. My question is: why do you consume a customer's time if the subsequent steps are not guaranteed? I had already paid half the amount, and now I am waiting for my money to be refunded—a process that will take three days! 😵‍💫 My advice: don't make the same mistake I did!

Went to 2548 cottman location to buy a mattress and the sale person Tyrone was very polite did not push me for the sale let me take my time . to decide what I wanted he was friendly and understanding of what I was looking for I give a 5 stare and recommend anyone who is looking for mattress to this store also I may go back in future to buy another one, thank you for all your help I will be very happy with my bed when I receive it

We had a great experience buying our mattress. Narcisse was super patient and very helpful when it came to deciding what mattress to buy. He even followed up 1 week later making sure we were still happy with our purchase. I highly recommend you stop at cottman mattress firm if you're in the market to buy a new mattress.
