He was patient, and really took the time to understand my needs and what I needed to have the best sleep without being in pain in the Morning. Im a side sleeper and wanted to get relief for my hips and he had it down to a science as to which was going to be my best option with the best prices.🤩🤩 I would recommend going to this store when you want to buy Mattress and ask for Matt. It will be the best decision of yout life. I cant forget the Manager Damion he was awesome as well. They work great as a team and they will work great finding your dream Mattress.

My experience was absolutely fantastic! My sleep expert Damion was very knowledgeable and friendly! And he went above and beyond to get me a very good deal on my sleepy’s by Sealy king euro top mattress! The awesome thing is that they give you 4 months to decide if the mattress is right for you. Walked in and instantly greeted. Adam was a great help and no pressure. We didn’t know much about mattresses but he explained the basics and showed us the differences. We were able to make our selection and extremely pleased on the quality and value of the products. We will definitely promote Adam and Mattress Firm to our friends.

Arrived at the store and was greeted by Damien. I looked around the store while he finished with the customer that was there when I arrived. Upon their departure he asked if I had any questions. Which I did, he took the time to answer them and break down the difference in the mattresses I was comparing. I was on a short time frame but told him I was willing to come back after my appointment to further discuss. I left, while I was gone he texted me some figures on the options I was comparing. I complete my appointment, returned to the store. We sat down at the desk and processed my order. We discussed warranties and the return policy. Set up the financing and delivery appointment. Throughout the entire ordeal Damien was polite, knowledgeable, and appreciative of my business with the store. As I exited I thanked him for providing a seamless buying experience and I appreciated all the extra effort he provided. I will be a repeat customer.
