Excellent service from start to finish! Christine was the perfect liaison in planning and scheduling our delivery! On delivery day Andy and Jason were professional, competent, efficient and friendly! It was impressive to witness them effortlessly install a king bed in a 10x10 bedroom! No ceiling fans, walls, or pets were harmed during this operation!

2 stars because I had a great sales experience buying 2 mattresses, however, due to a company error, my purchase was not going to be honored. Instead of offering a solution, I was pretty much told the only thing they'd do to remedy their mistake, was to waive the $40 delivery fee, so I cancelled my $1640 order and went to a nearby competitor instead. Will not be back or recommend to others as their products may be great, their customer service after purchase was terrible.

We definitely received 5 star service. We checked out all the pillow top mattresses which were double sided, which was so original. The prices were a little elevated but they don't fluctuate all year so whether it's Presidents day or not it is the same price. The saleswoman was very professional and knowledgeable on the mattresses. I highly recommend this establishment for all your sleep needs.

Extremely happy with our whole experience !! From the great young lady at the store, to the selection experience, quality of the product, and delivery personnel. Very, very happy. And great sleep on our new mattress.

Beware of exchange policy!!! I had great service from the company and the delivery men were very nice. However when I wanted to exchange my bed after a three day trial I was given the company’s policy. While this policy was posted my salesman certainly gave me the impression that it would be simple and no further expense. It would have cost me between $300-400 dollars for a less expensive mattress if I decided to exchange it. In the end I purchased a pillow top that I could put on top of the very firm mattress to make it softer. That only cost an additional $140. Just beware that exchange is not so simple and expensive.
