Megan is the bomb. Patient as ever with us. I give her a lot of credit for being patient and helping us out as much as she did. She definitely needs a raise after having to deal with us !!! Haha thank you girly ❤️

Wish I could have gotten a better deal, I have gotten my last adjustable bed there, and my parents just bought there 2nd set there i wish there was a loyalty discount. But was very happy with my first purchase 14 years ago.

Sales associate Meghan is very informative on mattress choice and knowledgeable. Honored sales price originally quoted. Offered to give her a single star review cause she seemed brighter than any other sales associate. 😉 But that may have reflected badly.

I purchased a mattress from the Massillon location of Mattress Firm about a year and a half ago, and this has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had. At the time of sale, the warranty and customer support were heavily emphasized. The sales team made it sound like Mattress Firm stands fully behind their products and takes care of customers without hesitation. That has NOT been my experience. Within just 18 months, the mattress developed serious issues. Even after I provided my proof of purchase and fully cooperated with the process, the Massillon store offered essentially no real help. Instead, I was handed a phone number and told to handle it myself. The difference between the service during the sale and the support afterward is night and day. I paid a significant amount of money expecting quality and accountability. What I received was runaround, delays, and a lack of ownership when it actually mattered. If you are considering buying from the Massillon location, I strongly recommend you think twice and ask very detailed questions about what happens after the sale ... not just what is promised during it. Extremely disappointing experience.
