I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Mattress Firm in Carrollwood. Rick was the specialist who helped me, and he was incredible from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and took the time to explain the features and differences so I could make the best decision for my needs. I have back issues, and Rick was very sympathetic and genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress for proper support and comfort. He never made me feel rushed and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Frankie was also present in the store and was very pleasant and welcoming. The entire experience was professional, helpful, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this location and especially Rick if you’re looking for someone who truly knows their products and cares about helping you sleep better!

We found what we were looking for, without having to try out every mattress in the store. Dylan is obviously knowledgeable about the products, and made what could have been a stressful shopping experience into a casual event. (Although, being on the receiving end of the smart glasses…a little weird…maybe I’m just getting old.)

He exemplified great customer service, courtesy, respect, and professionalism. He gained my trust and respect.Temperpedic needs to videotape Frankie Ciraco for training other managers and salesforce! He was excellent.
