Mattress Firm Lutz

Mattress shopping can be a drag. But when you have a sales person like Melody in Lutz helping you out…it was effortless. Not pushy at all and very helpful to navigate the choice. First time Tempurpedic owner and the start is excellent. Mattress delivered today. Professionals all the way thru up to and including delivery.

We purchased our mattress in November 2023 after being promised improved comfort and better support for my chronic back pain. Less than a year later, it began sagging where we sleep, despite rotating it every three months and taking proper care of it. My back pain has worsened, especially in the mornings. We submitted a warranty claim with all requested photos and received no follow-up. After calling 10 days later, we were told the claim was denied because the indentation did not measure over one inch using their straightedge test. The manager was rude and dismissive, stating the warranty does not cover comfort — even though comfort and support were exactly how the mattress was sold to us. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. Hoping someone from the company will take this seriously and reach out to resolve this properly.

Melody was so helpful in assessing our needs. She gathered information not only to help us get a good night sleep but addressed any health concerns and how good sleep can effect that as well. She educated us about the different products available so we could decide what suited our needs best. No rush, no pressure just great guidance in assisting us with our purchase. Looking forward to many a good night's rest on our new mattress! Thanks Melody 😊

Melody was great; she greeted us promptly upon entering the business. We told her our needs and she guided us to several options. She helped get us the best price. We would highly recommend her and the store to others.

My experience at the Mattress Firm store in Lutz, Florida was fantastic. My sales person Laura was very knowledgeable, kind,i caring, and was only interested in satisfying my need fora mattress that would fit my physical and budget needs!. She showed me a variety of mattresses and was not pushy in trying to sell me the most expensive mattress, but continue to show patients in eliminating the more highly end mattress and found something within my budget that turned out to be a perfect fit for me. I strongly recommend the Store in Lutz, Florida. The manager Nick was also very helpful and supportive in the systematic process in picking the right bed from my needs!
