Had a really great experience here. I was finally able to look for a new mattress and base and Jared was a phenomenal help. He provided me with tons of information and customer support but I never felt pressured to buy or be upsold. I appreciated the 10 day after purchase check-in/follow-up as I did have a tweak that needed to be made to my base and, again, Jared did not disappoint. I received an immediate response and the support I needed. He is a great manager and a wonderful store rep. This purchase was a true investment for me and I appreciate being treated as such. Highest of ratings for the mattress but especially for the customer service - that can be hard to find these days!

I came into the store shopping around and I walked out with a mattress and frame. I’ve had the privilege to have Jared assist me. The best way to describe Jared is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, and patient. Jared had went over and beyond which I'm grateful for. So, I thank you for making me feel comfortable enough to fully explain my physical disabilities; in order to ensure that I was led to the best mattress for me❤️.

Jared was super knowledgeable and patient. We were able to feel and ship shop for a couple of mattresses. He was able to help us get exactly what we were looking for.
