Mattress Firm Glendale Town Center

I’m very excited to update my review. My previous experiences at this location had not been positive, but Im happy to say this no longer the case This past weekend, I accidentally placed a duplicate order and was concerned that both orders would ship since I wasn’t able to cancel one on my end. I called the Glendale location and spoke with Dustin, who was extremely helpful. He not only reassured me, but he made sure the issue was fully resolved. When I called back the next morning to follow up, Dustin wasn’t in, but the young lady who answered the phone already knew who I was without me even having to say my name. She was just as helpful and professional. I’m genuinely excited to see the positive changes happening at this location.

Hello, Evening. I had gone inside of the store this Monday prior to the sale ending for A Queen mattress & I had asked the lady Mrs. Kat was My bed going to be the same size as another displayed bed that she had numerous of times, because she wasn't able to show me the bed that I was trying to order, So, Mrs. Kat showed me A twin size bed instead & stated that it would be the same comfort just in the Queen size as the displayed, Dream Cloud bed was showing. It's not! I'm so close to the floor now, compared to My previous Queen mattress. My previous Queen mattress was high & this new Queen mattress is extremely low, that's why I was asking to make sure. So, the lady may have misunderstood what I was asking, because she was A nice lady & she's was extremely helpful. She wasn't disrespectful, or anything in any way, shape, or form. Thank you Ma'am. Yet, the bed that I ordered & was trying to make sure that I was going to get, isn't what I have Ma'am. I'm thinking that the new Queen mattress from this Mattress Firm was going to be high like the displayed Dream Cloud bed & it's not. So, now I have to try to either exchange the mattress, or find A topper. I was so excited to finally get A new mattress after 7 years & I'm grateful & thankful, Yet, I'm just used to being up higher, not extremely low to the ground Ma'am. Even the delivery drivers had stated that when I go to lay down now that My pillows are going to fall behind My headboard because I'm so low to the floor now. Thank you & Best Regards Everyone. Thank you.

Today was 1st visit to the Glendale Mattress Firm. Allen was awesome, great customer service!! I went in to look at certain models of mattresses, Allen was helpful and not pushy at all, again awesome!! The model I wanted was not available, but Allen showed me comparable models, with the things I wanted in a good mattress, on a budget. Needless to say I bought a great mattress, and will have later this week. Very happy with my experience with Allen and mattress firm! Highly recommend, if you're mattress shopping, go here, you won't be disappointed. Nice to see this level of customer service still exists these days!

Tyler helped me find the right bed for my husband and myself. He encouraged me to lay on different mattresses for several minutes. He told me it takes time to feel what's right for me. I did that and really narrowed in on the right bed. Tyler was able to find a great price for the mattress, and I was assured I can send the bed back if I don't love it. The bed arrived. I love it, the husband is on the fence, and a bit unsure if he loves it. I feel great knowing that I can return this mattress and get a different one. I sleep well knowing Tyler has my back on this big purchase.

Wonderful experience at the Glendale location. Worked with Michael, who took his time and answered all questions and was really informative about what mattresses would work best for my Sleep needs. Didn’t come off as just trying to “sell me anything“. Felt good about my purchase and I’m excited to see how it works for me.
