Mattress Firm Christiansburg

We had the best experience at mattress firm! Geoffrey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us transition to a tempur-pedic bed, and was patient and courteous as the whole family “tried out” the different mattresses. I would NEVER just buy one online without the test drive. It’s so worth feeling the options! My husband wanted to do research himself, so we came back a week after our initial walk in to make the final purchase. Geoffrey immediately recognized us and remembered our preferred products! It took us no time to have the order ready and the delivery scheduled. He also sweetened the deal for us with some awesome pillows. Though I cannot yet comment on the bed itself, I can say the customer experience at mattress firm Christainsburg was stellar and I’m confident we will be well taken care of in the future! We will be back for sure when we’re ready to upgrade others in our family!

Store personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. Upfront about beds and what might fit your sleeping habits best while offering a solid range in price for how far you might want to go with it. Benefits were nice as well. Such as price matching any future sales for up to a year I believe on the product you purchase. All in all would recommend.

Carrie was such wonderful help in finding me a great mattress. She was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Carrie found me exactly what I was looking for and was great to talk with throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend coming here, Carrie made the process not only painless but very pleasant. I am more than pleased with my new mattress. Best sleep I've had in YEARS!
