Mattress Firm Valley View Mall

My family and I came into the store today, looking for a nice comfortable/ adorable mattress for my father’s back. We were greeted by Billy, who was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. We spent a while in the store going through many options to find the perfect bed for my dad. Never once did Billy make us feel rushed, which I truly appreciate. After going over several options and prices, we were able to come to a great price and perfect mattress for my dad, thanks to Billy’s help. My family and I were extremely satisfied with the customer service and value. Also big shout to Dylan who was very friendly and made us feel welcome as well. Billy and Dylan, y’all were AWESOME!! We had a tight delivery window and needed a quality mattress fast and we got it from Mattress Firm. A really nice Sealy Elite Hybrid, American made, fair price and excellent delivery and follow-up. I highly recommend this company and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I shopped multiple stores for months before purchasing at Mattress Firm at Valley View. Billy was awesome. I visited the store twice. I went in with a decision already made about what I wanted. Thanks to Billy’s expertise and exceptional customer education, I changed direction and bought something that will suit me far better. I felt like he cared that I would actually like what I bought and it paid off. Billy did a great job of communicating between visits, keeping me updated without making me feel hounded. Price was very reasonable for the high quality. Delivery was flawless. Extremely competent and kind delivery people. Very pleased and highly recommend!

We went in with the intent to purchase during the President's Day sale. Alisha greeted us immediately upon our entrance and offered assistance. Alisha spoke with us about what we were looking for and listened to our concerns. She had us try a couple of mattresses as we discussed the firmness and the adjustables. She informed us that the adjustable base was free as part of the President's Day sale. The final purchase price was extremely lower than what we anticipated. Alisha had excellent customer service skills as well as suggestive selling skills. We declined to pay the $150 delivery fee, as well as the sheets or any additionals. We did get a good deal, in my opinion; but I do wish the delivery was included as t no extra cost.

Super smooth shopping experience! I needed a mattress and left with a mattress within a few minutes. The price was very reasonable and Billy was awesome to work with. He may be a Yankee but he’s good people! (The yankee part is a joke. We were chitchatting and it came up so I told him I would put it in my review. He really was awesome to work with!)
