I had such a hassle-free experience purchasing our Sealy hybrid mattress sold exclusively at Mattressfirm. The salesman Alan was the absolute BEST! He was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. We felt very respected and welcomed as soon as we walked into the door. I would give this experience 10/10! I am so glad we chose to go here to buy our new mattress. This Mattress Firm location is not pushy and is actually there to help. Alan and his team are all just as friendly and did not make us feel obligated to make a purchase. They take their time to try each bed or let you try the bed yourself as many days as you visit or hours you spend. We purchased a bed with David, and he ensured us we could exchange or return, but there is a restocking fee and a non refundable base. After a month we went back and Alan suggested we give another week to try one more test on the Mattress. We gave it 2 weeks. We went back and it was a great experience, he took care of us took his time to recommened other Mattresses and what felt even better is we did not select the ones he suggested but one similar to it and he was so excited for us. We appreciate that he helped us find something within our budget and did not make us feel guilty or uncomfortable. We truly felt the staff wanted us to have a the best night sleep and not just trying to sell. Very helpful and friendly, not pushy or dishonest. Good range of prices and products. Got this one on sale with quick financing decision and no interest. Andy and his colleague were both great.

Easiest buying experience ever! We went to three other stores and not only did they have the best lay out and up front pricing, Alan provided the best customer service. He gave us the right amount of attention, gave us time to feel around, and best of all he was up front with the perks that Mattress Firm offers. We were already satisfied with this selection, but within the next hour we found the same mattress at another store. We went right back and Alan gave us the price match. It was easy and no hassle. The price match probably took 10 min tops and no negotiation. Which speaks volumes to Alan’s top notch customer service. We will be back for our next Mattress purchase.

The saleswoman was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and showing me many options based on my expressed needs. She also arranged for next day delivery with timely and courteous delivery men. I'm rating them a 4 because I do wish for the holiday weekend that the company had run a better sale, but I believe I purchased a good quality mattress set.
