Mor Furniture for Less

I went into mor In riverside ca, the sales person Lorena was helpful and nice, I decided on a dinning table and buffet and paid close to 4,000 for the items, the delivery was set, on the delivery 3 chairs where scratch so I told the delivery guy and he took pics and said he will submit a ticket. I received a text saying they will be a tech out on oct 30 to paint over the scratches, which i think is unacceptable since is a brand new item, I asked for the chairs to be replaced, he then proceeded with saying he saw the pics and doesn’t think that needs to be done. I said I paid full price for a new item, painting over them is going to cover the scratches and over time it will peel, never got a response back. I ended up calling corporate and spoke to a girl and guy which where both very rude and unprofessional the guy said they don’t replaced if the item can be fix, which I said no because it’s a new item, I then told him I was outside the store and I was just going to go in and speak to the sales person or a manager which he responded with they won’t be able to help you and disconnected the call, which I was so upset about, how is that customer service?. I went in and a gentlemen’s and Lorena assisted me with getting the two chairs replaced, then the day of delivery one of the new chairs is also damaged, so I ended up just keeping one that was scratched and returning the other one that is supposed to be in good condition. Keep in mind I have to take time off of work to be home for these deliveries as well, I went over to the store and spoke to David the manager and explained the situation, he said he can email the delivery provider the use to see if they can retuned the delivery fee, which I said okay too. The guy from the delivery calls me and says that they are only able to give me 50 for the chairs as a discount I said I paid 200 for each chair that’s not acceptable. I said at this point I don’t want replacements because I have to take time off work to be here and this would be the 3 rd time so no, I want a discount for the two damage chairs, he was extremely rude and said he will contact David. I won’t purchase from this store ever again, corporate has bad customer service the only helpful people where inside the store, but if u have an issue corporate won’t help you, worst experience ever.

Anthony Lopez was our salesman. Very polite. Let Us have our space that we could talk freely about our choices on the recliners. he is a very good salesman and I would highly recommend him to any anyone. We bought two recliners and the paperwork and the discounts were very reasonable. Thank you, Anthony Lopez

Lorena was exceptional! Her patience and knowledge is the reason I came back after going to a few competitors to compare my options. She explained everything thoroughly and answered several question I had regarding the product.
