Brandon was an amazing sells man he made us feel like family he didn't try to up sell us he made sure my son tried the beds and gave us a deal an a half he was welcoming professional the store was clean. I recommend him and his store all day. I got a Sealy mattress and was the same I have in my bedroom. I saved 400 plus with him he search for the best deals for us. I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm location in Davenport, and my sales representative, Sean, was outstanding. What made the visit especially memorable was that the power had gone out in the area, but the store was still open and operating. Even in the dark, the store was clean, well-organized, and the mattress displays were impressive.
Sean was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I already knew I was interested in a Beautyrest Blackbeauty mattress, and he did a great job explaining the differences between the various series and helping me understand the nuances without any pressure.
I was also pleasantly surprised that the pricing in-store matched the Beautyrest website, but Mattress Firm was able to offer local incentives that made buying through the store a much better value.
Sean also walked me through the entire delivery process in detail, provided all necessary documentation, and made sure the delivery was scheduled exactly when I needed it.
Delivery was just as impressive. My delivery team, Jose and Steven, arrived within the scheduled window and were professional from start to finish. The tracking app was helpful, and Jose took the time to explain the process, inspect the setup area, and provide true white glove service, including removal of my old mattress and boxspring. After everything was set up, Jose even checked in with me to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Overall, this was a smooth and reliable experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location, especially Sean, and I’m very glad I made the purchase locally.

Best experience great Mattress!! Love the base it lights up when you get up at night vibrates for better circulation. Raises up to help with breathing. It’s a great investment. Sleep = a better quality of life.

Our visit to Mattress Firm Posner 4/17/26. From the moment I and my 80yr old mother walked through the door, we were greeted by store associate Francisco. Francisco was very knowledgeable in the types of mattresses the store has, he was friendly, polite, and very attentive. With Francisco's help, we found a Mattress that was a good fit for my mom, and having it delivered free was a plus! Our experience at the Posner store was easy, peasy and all thanks to Francisco. Mattress Firm, hang on to this store associate as he is an asset for your business.
Update 4/18/26.....
To the owner......We had a delivery window of 8am to 8pm for today, so we stayed home waiting all day and into the evening waiting. We were also told the mattress was just going to be dropped off by the front door, so we had to make sure to get it into house so porch theives don't take it. Well 8pm came and went and no mattress, so we ended up tracking it and found out we were #18 on the delivery stop list, and so a couple more hours ticked by and at 10:30pm they were at stop #17. By the time our mattress arrived it was around 11:30pm!! Not only is it very inconvenient, it also can be highly dangerous these days, especially for vulnerable seniors!
Mattress Firm, do better, either honor your time frame delivery window, or instead of over working 2 guys and using 1 truck, hire more delivery guys and get a 2nd truck if you have that amount of deliveries to make.
Customers deserve decent, safe delivery time windows.
