Mattress Warehouse of Davenport

We shopped for a new mattress and we’re very lucky to end up at Mattress Warehouse in Davenport. We were fortunate to have Deborah as our sales associate she was super knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. When it came time for the purchase, Jose, the store manager got involved and he was also very knowledgeable. Helped us in our decision-making. We ended up buying a Tempur-pedic mattress. Very happy with the purchase. A few days earlier on our first visit to the store we were also fortunate to have met JC. I believe he is a district manager. I was also impressed on the fact that they are not high-pressure at all very comfortable environment. Encourage you to try out many different products and eventually you almost make up your own decisions without any need for the heavy Sale pressure.

Jose was amazing! He was patient, honest, and super knowledgeable about mattresses and knew exactly what my partner and i needed to feel comfortable long term; he was very thorough. We came back to the store on two different occasions and he was happy to help us both times to find our fit and even look at different mattress warehouses to help us feel mattresses if they had them in stock. He was very communicative and transparent about advice on mattresses and helping us pick our perfect match. 10/10 would recommend many people to come back to this specific store to buy from Jose. Great customer service, great product, great quality. My partner and I are super happy with our purchase and we’re very confident buying! Will definitely be back!

Jose was great to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped guide us through the process without any pressure. We also tried the bed match machine, which was a great experience and actually helped us narrow down the right mattress for our needs. Overall, smooth experience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend coming here if you’re mattress shopping.

Jose was absolutely amazing to work with! He gave me a great discount and truly went above and beyond. As a fellow New Yorker, we instantly connected, but what really stood out was his wealth of knowledge. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
