New Tempur-pedic was dropped off the end of the delivery truck by Mattress Firm. Mattress was ruined. Has huge hump. See photo. Contacted Mattress Firm Salesman Dylan and Matt. They did nothing to resolve. We had called and asked that another be delivered . They waited 30 minutes, and called back to say they couldn’t do anything. Never even tried to make this right. Suggested we take another day off work and wait for delivery of another mattress. Totally unhelpful and uncooperative. I have blocked credit card charges and will shop elsewhere. Never buy anything from this company. THIS WAS A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR THE THIRD TIME!. Come on Mattress Firm at a minimum deliver a serviceable product. Company sells defective products, takes forever to get them to honor a warranty claim and corporate contact customer service #s at Mattress Firm have been disconnected.
They are a disreputable company with inferior products and dishonest sales people and no customer service. Save your money and sanity and buy anywhere else.

My wife & myself had an amazing experience at this store! Mary was so incredibly helpful, informative, personable, and a total pleasure to be around. As was the other gentlemen working there, I forgot his name (sorry!!).
The store had a great selection with products that could cater to every need! I went in thinking I wanted one type of mattress but after being helped & educated by Mary, my wife & I got something different and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice and the whole experience.
We ran into some technical difficulties but Mary was great and navigated through them flawlessly. So appreciative! 10/10, great staff, great products, great selection. Will return again!

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to their manager, Matthew. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout the entire process.
Matthew was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Mary was a joy to work with. We came in with a low budget and a lot of preferences and she was super patient with us, helped narrow down a few choices, and puzzled through our questions with us using every resource available to her. We ended up choosing something out of our range, but she worked her mattress magic and got the price down just enough that we could afford it! Despite our natural awkwardness as people, we spent the visit laughing, cracking jokes, and somehow dodged the stress that such an important purchase can bring. 10/10 thank you Mary!

I traveled to Mattress Firm today in search of an adjustable mattress/frame for my partner for his Christmas gift. Note, this was my very first stop on an “information gathering trip”. I was pleasantly greeted by the stores Manager Matt (1000 S. Colorado Blvd.) To make a short story of my review, I ended up purchasing (2) Beautyrest Black series three Queen mattresses w/the Sleepy Elite adjustable base. Matt was the ultimate professional. No sales pressure and answered every question me and my partner threw his way. Needless to say, I purchased two (2) beds when I just “honestly” went in to gather information. If you are a serious shopper for a new bed, “Mattress Firm” is the place and Matt is the gentleman to see. Matt, a genuine thank you. You made this shopping experience a joy.
