Mattress Firm DTC - Tamarac

I Was in the market to buy a mattress. I.just happened to See the name Mattress Firm and decided to stop in. I was familiar with this brand as I have purchased from them a few years ago In another state. I walked in, and the representative was very pleasant acknowledging my entrance immediately. She was not aggressive and genuinely cared about meeting my needs. Imagine my surprise when she said that she could look up my previous purchase, especially since I was happy with it. She asked a few additional questions that I had not thought of. She agreed the previous purchase was the best for my needs. On top of that she informed me that the style number I had purchased in the past was on sale today. I immediately purchased a set. My visit was top-notch from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to Family and friends

Taylor was so knowledgeable and helpful. He directed me to some great specials that Mattress Firm was offering and had me out the door in 15 mins, with a new mattress coming next week. I left a very satisfied customer.
