We had an outstanding experience at the Covington Mattress Firm Store. Anna, is knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Based on our sleeping preferences, she had us try several mattresses and firmnesses which helped us narrow down our choices. We are excited to get our new mattress. I highly recommend the Covington store and staff.
View on GoogleWe had the absolute BEST experience today! We walked in knowing very little about mattresses other than how desperately we needed to replace our current one. Anna was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job showing us our options and adjusting to our preferences and needs all without pressuring us. We were especially impressed with how warm and patient she was with our 3-year-old. She took the time to include him in the process, which was just above and beyond. Sonny was also incredibly warm and helpful. They both worked great together as a team, obviously know their stuff, and genuinely care about people find the right fit for their needs. We left feeling confident in our choices and VERY excited about our new mattresses! Who knew the highlight of our day (and our toddler's day!) would be visiting a mattress store... But it totally was!
View on GoogleSuch a fabulous experience in your store. Art was my “sleep expert” and, oh boy was he ever an expert! I was able to make such a good decision and my daughter and I had a great time checking out all the ways to go Tempur-Pedic! Such helpful guys and genuinely caring. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the process! I ended up getting the smart adjustable base that will make my bed a totally different experience! I’ll be back for more, for sure.

Art took the time to understand our needs and worked within our budget to help us find the perfect mattress. His expertise and genuine care made the experience enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend seeking out Art’s assistance for top notch sleep service and expertise!
View on GoogleSonny was extremely helpful and good at his job. He took specific feedback and gave us a wonderful recommendation. It was good help specifically that led us to purchasing not only a mattress, but a base and mattress cover too. The store was also clean and welcoming.
