Who knew mattress shopping would be a dream!!! Ray is your legit “sleep master”, this guy not only helped us get the best model for our needs (especially post surgery) but was mindful of our budget concerns. No pressure sales, polite and friendly, all while continuing to make sure to address any of our technical questions or any other concerns. He knew the inventory of his show room and even searched at other stores and their warehouse for a mattress that would be the best fit for my hubby and I. Best experience that will become a standard for all of my retail purchases!!! Thanks Ray!!!

My wife and I went to a close by mattress firm we tried a few was gonna think about it, we decided to go to this location and try out some others that another location did not have. We were greeted by Trey and let him know we were wanting to try out Nectar but were not impressed, so Trey walked us through some others we tried at the previous store and offered Trey offered to show us some other models that were not shown to us(not sure if the other store just assumed we didnt have money or what) but the ones shown to us made us really think and not wanting to leave without making a choice. Trey let us take our time, try out the beds multiple times back and forth. It qas between 3 beds one was a warehouse discount and the other two were regular stock, unfortunately the warehouse discount one got snagged while we were shopping but Trey definitely made up for it. We walked out spending a little more than expected but it has definitely been worth it. The last few nights my wife and I have slept so well. Friendly, patient, willing to work on prices, didn't feel forced to buy.

Kristy, was very professional, helpful and patient with me while trying to find the perfect mattress for my home. She had great customer service experience while working with me and another customer at the same time. Kristy kept a smile on her face the entire visit, making my shopping experience even more amazing. Thanks Kristy, you’re a gem!!

Francisco was phenomenal to work with. He asked us if we'd like to explore the different mattresses in our own or if we would want him to give us a run down of each type of mattress. When we found a mattress we liked he was extremely thorough of the different tiers of mattresses and types which helped us narrow down more of what we were looking. He really made the mattress shopping experience stress-free and smooth when it came to purchasing.

I purchased here the best mattress I ever had . Yesterday I received it and I am very satisfied with it. The sales representative Michael was very kind, and answered all my questions, Highly recommended!
