The store is conveniently located near our other necessary shopping. As you walk in your first view is a wide assortment of mattresses by top brand vendors. The staff is warm and welcoming and able to answer all your concerns regarding mattresses. They are also very patient while trying and re-trying mattresses for the best fit. Truly no pressure to buy one product ver the other the decision was truly left up to the consumer with amazing advice and suggestions when needed. I was absolutely pleased with the service, the store, the products available and the amazing staff!!!

Best matress shopping experience we've ever had. Staff was very knowledgeable and showed us multiple options in our price range. Our sales representative went above and beyond to fit our price range and delivery schedule for the matress we liked. No pressure sales and didnt try and up sell anything. Will be going here for our next mattress.

Went in and only one employee was working but the store was empty otherwise so I was seen immediately. She was very friendly and seemed excited to see me, after only a few short questions we had a list of 4 mattresses to try out that would be good for my sleep profile. The first two were over my price range but weren’t quite right for me, the one that was perfect was the exact price I’d been hoping to spend even without checking prices beforehand. They had a sale ongoing at the time and the employee helped me get the best deal possible. My mattress was ready for pickup the very next day and has helped me so much with my sleep issues. Our time at Mattress Firm started with Morris on Delaware Ave. I told him I was a side sleeper and had pressure points on my hips. I also gave him my budget. He showed me four different mattresses. He was able to help me assess how I was lying when I was trying out the mattresses. I made a selection Beauty Rest Pressure Point, exclusive to Mattress Firm) and then we worked on delivery. The base wasn’t available until a later date, so I opted for a split shipment. With the split shipment, I had to set up the mattress and on the second delivery, they will set up the base. The delivery men brought the bed to my entry way and did not drop it off at the door. I expect the delivery and set up of the base to go equally as smoothly. Overall, a wonderful customer service experience!

Our experience at Mattress Firm was fantastic. We were expecting another mattress store where the sales person pressures you and doesn’t have any knowledge on the products. Morris was wonderful! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all products in the store. I will be recommending Mattress Firm and Morris to anyone looking for a new mattress!
